HOUSE POLICY
Check-ins are available from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late evening / night check-in is possible for an extra-cost.
Check out is by 11 a.m.
You'll need to let the host know in advance what time you'll arrive.
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Guests are required to show a photo identification.
The maximum occupations is 4 guests.
Children of any age are welcome. But it's important to keep in mind that the property is not adapted for little children. Cots are not available. An additional sofa-bed is available on request.
The maximum occupations is 4 guests.
Small dogs are welcomed on request for a small additional charge.
Accessibility: The apartment is located in the third floor without elevator. No ramps.
Smoking is allowed only in the balcony. Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed. Guests must respect the quite hours between 22:00 and 09:00.
We reserve a right to take a deposit money in care of damage of property. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
