Late evening / night check-in is possible for an extra-cost.
Early check-in is possible by request and depends on availability.
Check out is by 11 a.m.
Late check-out is possible for an extra-cost and depends on availability.
You'll need to let the host know in advance what time you'll arrive.
Children of any age are welcome accompanied by their parents.
Please note that while the apartment meets all standard safety requirements for adult guests, it is not specifically adapted for small children and does not include child safety features. Parents are fully responsible for their children’s safety during the stay.
Cots are not available.
Please remember to present a valid ID or passport for registration, as required by local regulations.
Small dogs are welcomed on request for a small additional charge of 20€ per stay.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation period and length of stay.
Please note that we reserve the right to block the amount of one night upon booking.
The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator and is not adapted for guests with limited mobility. No ramps.
The maximum capacity is 4 guests, of who maximum 3 adults.
An additional sofa-bed is available on request.
As required by the City of Trieste, there’s a city tax of €2.00 per person per night, to be paid in cash at check-in.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Guests must respect the quite hours between 22:00 and 09:00.
We reserve a right to take a deposit money in care of damage of property. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
